Reyes-Sánchez joined Marichal Hernández LLC as an Associate in 2021. Her practice focuses on corporate law, complex commercial transactions, estate planning and succession law, civil litigation, and has also worked with clients in connection with manufacturing and tourism tax incentives. Before joining the Firm, she worked as a law clerk for Associate Justice Annabelle Rodríguez Rodríguez at the Puerto Rico Supreme Court. She interned at the Appellate Division of the United States Attorney’s Office, District of Puerto Rico, and the Office of the Secretariat of the Judicial and Notarial Conference of the Puerto Rico Supreme Court. Additionally, she worked as a Research Assistant, an Online Editor at the University of Puerto Rico Business Law Journal, and was an active member of the University of Puerto Rico, School of Law’s Public High School Enhancement Pro Bono Program, ENLACE.
