Morlá Medina joined Marichal Hernández LLC as an Associate in 2023. Before this role, she gained experience as an associate in a prominent law firm in San Juan. She also worked as a law clerk at the University of Puerto Rico and another law firm. Her work has included significant contributions to corporate and real estate law, with experience in assisting with mergers and acquisitions due diligence, managing multimillion-dollar financing transactions, and providing legal support in complex inheritance cases. Morlá Medina has also managed tourism tax credits sale transactions and supported hospitality projects.
