Rodríguez Ortiz joined Marichal Hernández LLC as an Associate in 2022. Before this role, she served as a paralegal at the firm, where she gained valuable experience in corporate and employment law. Additionally, she completed an internship with the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, under Judge Daniel R. Domínguez, and worked as a technical assistant at the Property Registry, Department of Justice, Government of Puerto Rico. Rodríguez Ortiz also held a leadership position as Associate Director of the UPR Law Review at the University of Puerto Rico School of Law. Furthermore, she is a SHRM-Certified Professional, demonstrating her advanced knowledge and experience in human resources.
