Dávila Acevedo joined Marichal Hernández LLC as an Associate in 2021. His practice is focused on commercial litigation with a special interest in the financial, construction, and distribution industries. He has represented clients in cases related to commercial liability, construction liability, breach of contract, and damages. Additionally, he has provided counsel on distribution contracts for both principals and distributors. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Dávila Acevedo had a twelve-year career in business administration, managing sales, marketing, and distribution for leading consumer-packaged goods brands, as well as gaining marketing experience in the entertainment industry.
