Rangel-Rosas is an attorney at law and an active notary public with over 22 years of experience as a litigator, primarily focused on the private sector. He joined Marichal Hernández LLC as an Associate in 2019. Throughout his career, Rangel-Rosas has closely collaborated with and represented various government agencies, including the Department of Justice, the Puerto Rico Department of Labor, the Puerto Rico Tourism Company, the Puerto Rico State Insurance Fund, the Administration of Medical Services (ASEM), and the Administration of Medical Insurance Services (ASES), among others.
In the corporate sector, Mr. Rangel-Rosas has conducted labor due diligence for merging corporations, including notable clients such as Roeslein & Associates, Inc., a multinational engineering company based in St. Louis, Missouri, and Desarrolladora del Norte, S en C, an affiliate of Sol Melia Group involved in the hotel and tourism industries. His work in labor due diligence has also involved addressing labor immigration issues and compliance, providing legal guidance on potential liabilities and exposures in these areas.

At the local level, he served as lead counsel for the prevailing party in the landmark Supreme Court case of Luis Rosa Maisonet v. ASEM, Puerto Rico Reports No. 2015 TSPR 19, which established significant legal precedent in the labor field.
