Rodríguez Alegría joined Marichal Hernández LLC as an Associate in 2023. She is an accomplished certified public accountant and attorney in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Before her current role, Rodríguez Alegría gained extensive experience as a tax, corporate, and real estate attorney at a prominent law firm in San Juan, where she successfully counseled clients and collaborated on a wide range of transactions and financial matters. During her undergraduate years, she interned at several distinguished accounting firms, refining her skills in tax compliance and financial analysis. As a law student, she served as a Research Assistant for Professor Carlos Díaz Olivo, contributing significantly to the editing and publication of his book “Derecho Tributario: Aspectos Constitucionales y Administrativos.” Additionally, Rodríguez Alegría was a Senior Editor at the University of Puerto Rico Law Review.
