Díaz Serrano has been an attorney and notary public for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico since 2003. Adept at fostering and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and government officials, she plays a vital role in the Firm’s tax credits and exemptions practice area. Before joining Marichal Hernández LLC, Díaz was an Associate at two well-regarded San Juan law firms, where she practiced corporate law and developed extensive expertise in residential loans and commercial transactions as a notary.

Díaz Serrano has successfully secured tax credits and exemptions for various prestigious hotels, including Courtyard by Marriott Isla Verde Resort, Condado Vanderbilt Hotel, La Concha Renaissance Resort, Copamarina Beach Resort & Spa, and Hotel El Convento, as well as for tourism marinas such as Marina Puerto Chico, Sealovers, Villa Marina, and Isleta Marina.
Díaz Serrano served on the Board of Directors of the Wesleyan Academy of Puerto Rico.
